Returns and Replacements

What's your return policy?

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your console table/console tables. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your console table/console tables for up to 14 days after the date you received it. You are responsible for the return of the items and covering the cost of delivery. If you would prefer us to arrange the return, we would be more than happy to at a fee of £25.00 per console table. We will use our next day delivery service by emailing you a return shipping label beforehand for you to stick to the box of the console table.

Return Eligibility

All console tables must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition in order for us to issue you a full refund.

What do I do if my console table arrives damaged/defective?

We strive to ensure that your console table/console tables arrive in one piece, but we know that this is not always possible. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange collection and organise a replacement or a refund.

What do I do if my items are lost or have not arrived yet?

If your console table/console tables are lost, please contact us so that we can find your item(s) or send you a replacement or issue you a refund.

No, we do not have any showrooms or physical stores; we are an online only retailer. We dispatch all our console tables directly from our warehouses. In order to keep our console table range large, our prices competitive and customer service excellent we do not have any showrooms or shops.
